Measure 1 1/2 Cups Of Buttermilk Directly Into The Same Measuring Cup Used For Water Later. After Adding The Buttermilk To The Dry Ingredients, Use The Same Measuring Cup To Measure And Add 1 1/2 Cups Of Water To Complete The Wet Mixture. 5.
