There Is Also Large Variability Between Pathologists When Reporting These Things One Pathologist Calling Something A Melanoma And Another Pathologist Calling The Same Thing A Dysplastic Naevus Is Not Unusual And Just Highlights How Tricky Melanoma Diagnosis Is When It Is In Its Early Stages!
